I had a really lovely treatment, it was very relaxing and my nails looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend 2 Be Beautiful to all my friends.
It was very busy in the salon and no one was on reception which I thought was a bit strange for a beauty salon. When the lady did come she was on the phone and looked very distracted but she was pleasant. The room was very dark but warm and comfortable. The massage was good and me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it.
Ash delivered a wonderfully relaxing facial and massage. Her calm aura was contagious and I immediately booked her again
Unfortunately having re-read the reviews again after my experience, I can see most of the high rating reviews appear to be fake. My experience was very similar to the one stars that have been received.
I booked a nail appointment which was listed to take one hour, it took over two and the end result was dreadful. During this time, someone else came in for an appointment and was left waiting, until they eventually left as my appointment was taking so long. Only one member of staff on duty.
The acrylics were wonky, thickly built up and stuck on with loctite DIY superglue! which I only noticed the lady was using after she had done most of the nails. I was also cut on two fingers during my treatment due to the rough filing down which occurred. No plaster was offered and the wound was cleaned with some unknown fluid from a bottle. I would assume acrylics are rarely requested here so the skill set needed for these is not there.
The place seems a bit grubby and old, and I certainly wouldn't want to undress for any kind of massage as the place was cold, I had to keep my coat on the whole time I was there.
I would not recommend this salon for your beauty needs.
