The treatments I had where excellent the facial was very relaxing and left my skin feeling very soft. The massage I had was also relaxing and helped to relieve some tension. But the experience was ruined by the treatment room being very cold the rest of the building was well heated ( very warm) the floor was like ice on my feet and when my treatment was finished I rushed to get dressed as I was very cold from being in the room with a blanket over me for 1 and a half hours. I'm afraid this has put me off from returning here
Staff are friendly and helpful, treatment had was extremely nice as it was first time I had been
Shocked at the rude and abrupt telephone service provided by Pasheen, accusing clients of lying when I apologised and asked for my couple massage to be rearranged due to u foreseen sickness. Pasheen came out with 101 excuses to get out of rearranging, quoting things such as “how can both of you be ill; you need to show me a doctors note for rearranging the appointment; you don’t sound ill; my staff are already here and won’t get paid if you don’t come; you have bought a groupon voucher and your massage is too cheap, we can’t rearrange”. The list goes on and on. I will reiterate again here that whether customers have bought Groupon vouchers or pay the full price for a treatment, they ought to be treated equally and be NEVER accused of lying and insisting them to provide a doctors note due to unforeseen sickness. I think a few business lessons on customer care would be very beneficial to you. Glad I did not attend such an unfriendly salon. If the service was that bad on the phone, I wonder how it would be at the salon? Probably be given half the treatment time due to the “Groupon” purchase! Utterly shocking.
Had a fabulous massage with hot stones My shoulders were so tight and now they’re not
Unfortunately I was really diappointed with my treatment- I bought the shellac manicure/pedicure option from Groupon. The treatments were not as professional and thorough as I'd hoped, for example my nails were't soaked at any point, no cuticle oil used etc. I also found the set up uncomfortable for the pedicure. I'm pregnant and booked this as a bit of a relaxing treat, but my feet weren't raised- the technician literally sat on the floor under the table and rested my foot on her legs. It was a really odd situation and I was quite uncomfortable as I didn't feel I could relax when my feet were resting on her legs and therefore my weight on her too. The pedicure quality was a lot better than the manicure I found. The manicure looked very patchy and I had to ask for a couple of nails to be re done. I still wasn't really happy at the end but didn't have the nerve to mention it again and actually had them removed at another salon shortly after. The technician that carried out my treatment was very nice but there was unfortunately a language barrier and it meant she was unable to guide me at how long I should leave my nails under the lamp and so on and so a lot of it was a guessing game.
