The manager is a real expert and really gets to know the needs of your skin. Very professional lady that gives expert advice and makes you feel fantastic!
My visit to the salon was not quite what I expected. I wasn't sure what facial I was having (the voucher had said Dermologica nourishing or Age Smart) but apparently it wasn't Dermologica products used. The facial, whatever it was, was relaxing but I was hoping they would use the steamer on my face as this is what I have experienced elsewhere. The staff didn't really say anything or offer me a drink, it wasn't really a pampering experience. The therapist did my nails as well but said nothing all the way through so it did feel a bit awkward. On my way out the owner suddenly tried to tell me the therapist had told her that I had blocked pores and should buy these products they used. I literally was holding the door open when she asked if I wanted to know the prices of these products. I said no thank you and recognised she was trying to get more money from me. Finally, I have never seen my name (Jennifer) spelt as the manager has done 'Jenaffa'. When I received the confirmation email about my booking this did not give me much hope for the place unfortunately. Overall, I wouldn't go back. I'd prefer to go and spend money somewhere I am made to feel valued and looked after.
