It wasn’t Tony that did my nails, it was a lady instead and a horrible experience. When she was buffing my nails she was getting my skin which was extremely painful and I ended up with a big cut on my thumb that kept catching on things for my whole holiday. I don’t think she was experienced with doing ombré as the acrylic was way too thick and they look cheap. They’re also lifting a lot around the edges just over a week later. I would absolutely not come here again.
Honor Oak Nails is such a gem, and I am so happy to have found it! I’ve recently moved back to the UK permanently, and it’s been hard knowing I’ll have to leave the wonderful manicures I know and love, back at home.
Thankfully, Honor Oak offers the SNS dipping powder I’m used to, and offers a comfortable, new salon environment for me! I highly recommend!!
Horrifying acrylic nails & abysmal customer service. Showed the technician an image of a previous set of nails to copy, just plain colour, she cut them to all different lengths & sneered at me when I asked if they could be longer. Extremely rough when filing. I asked to see the colour wheel to be sure, the technician slid it aggressively across the table at me. Lastly, this venue is TAX DODGING. The man chased me down the street because I didn’t have cash. I had already paid via bank transfer.
