Waited 20 minutes for my nail tech to arrive when I had an appointment booked to then be told the colours i wanted they did not have! No compensation given all I was told is they will order for next time and to have another pink today (You should not advertise nails on the rail if you do not have them currently in stock.) When my nails were being filed down there was no care for how hard it was being done as it literally felt like my skin was being attacked with sand paper when i shouldn’t be feeling it on my skin at all! Not the first time I have had a problem here as my last experience they cut my nails without asking me how long I wanted them! I don’t think I will be returning after todays experience as i have left with one finger really swollen from them filing my skin rather than my nail!

It was extremely quiet and uncomfortable in the salon. Staff were ok but the woman cut into my fingers multiple times when she was filing my nails so now they are infected and sore. Not impressed as i have had my nails done so many times at other places and that doesn’t happen.
