I believe the nail technician applied too much pressure and speed when using the e-nail file to remove the top coat and as a result managed to cut into my nail leaving a jagged section of the nail missing. There would have been no way to repair it so it’s just as well I decided to cut my nails down significantly, meaning the missing section of nail was filed and shaped back into an oval.
No apology was offered or any kind of goodwill gesture to acknowledge damaging my nail.
