Atmosphere and cleanliness were top. Pedicure is £39 which is an okay price. I did not expect to be charged £5 extra for the small remainder of Shellac on feet removal. It’s January 2025. There was only a little bit left over, the rest was grown out. I think the salon could have really waived this off given it took the pedicurist about 40 seconds with a machine to take it off.
I appreciate the salon is new, it’s is very beautiful inside and clean. But genuinely this £5 extra upset me.

Beautiful new salon in Hampstead. Feels like a real spa, amazing decor, staff were excellent, and quality of work was without a doubt perfect.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for BIAB, the most amazing nails everytime I go. Everyone is very friendly and such a relaxing environment
