Heavy handed pedicure. I’d booked with one technician and was allocated another one instead (someone I’ve had in the past and would not use again). Only got confirmation of the change of technician 10 mins before my treatment ended. Not great.

The nails looked great initially but only 3 days later half of them were cracked and chipping. I have never had that happen so quickly with a gel manicure before, it is meant to last a lot longer.
