I am very disappointed with my experience. The technician cut my nails much shorter than I wanted without asking me first. When I pointed out that the nails were not the same shape and length, she kept insisting that they were. After that, she put away her tools and moved on to another client instead of addressing my concerns.
I felt ignored and dismissed as a customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this salon in the future.
