Had a lymphic drainage massage and Indian head off Palm. Enjoyed both treatments a lot but see the difference after the lymphic drainage massage. Pam is always friendly and welcoming. The place is always neat and tidy and clean. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of going for a treatment

Really enjoyed my Swedish massage with Pam yesterday. Always friendly and professional service. Had a good conversation before and after treatment. The massage is always really excellent. Never had a problem with any treatments I have had here at hope. Holistics would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going and very affordable as well
