I can't recommend Paige enough, I had an amazing sports massage which was sooo needed. She discussed everything she was doing and why throughout and gave me so much advice on what to do next to help my muscles and posture 😁 We already have a plan to see her every 4 weeks now Can not wait for my next visit 😁
