I went to Hope and found hope. I've been to chiropractor, physio and nothing worked. I also tried one other deep tissue but it was like torture. I had a big lump on my left trap that I could not get rid of. It was something I think people don't see often. It turned out to be a mass of muscle knots.
Pam is absolutely amazing and has reduced the size and my pain massively. I actually have even shoulders now so I'm super happy. She is lovely and always asks if I'm okay during the massage, she was also giving me tips for exercises and form when I go gym. She is a miracle worker, I have told everyone about it!! I've had this mass for years and years, and I'm almost free! I'll keep coming back as I don't want to end up like that again. Thanks so much!!

When's here for a lymphic training massage really enjoyed the experience therapist was excellent would definitely recommend this treatment place is always neat and tider staff are always friendly and welcoming being here a few times for different treatments always enjoyed definitely recommend
