I really enjoyed my second LD treatment! Paige is so lovely, accommodating and listened to my needs/problem areas. I had an upper body LD massage which was really great and I slept unbelievably well! I also, felt like my trouser fit better the next day, which was a nice surprise!
I have already booked my 3rd Treatment at Hope Holistics in another few weeks time!

Fantastic visit to Hope Holistics again, this time with Linda. massage was easily adapted to suit my response to bamboo and followed my a lymphatic drainage which I am now addicted too. loved every second.

Did some modeling for a new treatment Linda is doing micro needling she is very knowledgeable and luckily what she is doing hope crystals is a really nice place to go for treatments anyone wanting to try micro needling it should go to Linda and a really good time doing the modeling

10/10 again for Linda. My muscles are sensitive to touch but Linda always massages me with the right pressure. Shaz who works in the shop at the front is lovely and chatty.
