Booked online, turned up and it was closed. Lucky I didn’t pay online, or I’d really be annoyed. Looking at other reviews, this isn’t the first time. We shouldn’t be able to book if the place is closed. It’s really hard to get weekend or evening appointments in general so I booked the appointment on my day off. Now I have to wait another two weeks for an appointment somewhere else. Very poor.

This salon is closed and has been for some time. It is still live to book an appointment here through Treatwell and it caused me much inconvenience.

DO NOT BOOK! Booked for my little girl to have her hair cut on Saturday afternoon as a treat for doing well at school ect and when we arrived the shutter was down and the place has been sold!!!

Having booked an appointment two weeks in advance through Treatwell, I was pretty disappointed to find that the salon was closed when I turned up for the appointment on the day. I've since had no response from the email I sent querying what had happened.
