Absolutely appalled. Booked an appointment on Treatwell to try and get my hair sorted before my graduation. I turn up. The place is locked and one person is in. Bless her she was absolutely mortified that I’d turned up as apparently the lady who normally deals with Treatwell bookings wasn’t in. I didn’t catch her name but she was very apologetic and upset that I had to leave without anything being done.
People shouldn’t be allowed to book on Treatwell if the salon is closed or the correct staff members aren’t present. It’s ridiculous!
Thank you to the lovely lady who was there but I shan’t be booking again.
