Kevins studio is welcoming and comfortable. Kevin always greets one warmly and his dog Reggie greets those he knows with a wagging tail.
The hair is inspected and discussed. Decisions are reached jointly with Kevin making every effort to meet ones wishes whilst being realistic and not taking risks.
The end result with the hair is terrific and the chat meantime is entertaining. I left feeling uplifted.
