Firstly I was booked in for Carly to do my blow-dry but ended up having a diff stylist when I came.
Because I had a dress fitting appointment, I wanted my hair blowdry & curled,showed stylist my image.To start no head massage during hair washing.My main dissatisfaction was how flat my head looked with no volume whatsoever even post that he tried to tease it but very unsuccessful. Shame really as my partner proposed that day & I could of had amazing hair as part of my photo memories but I don't:(

Lovely relaxed and clean environment, Erena was lovely gave me some good advice on daily routine and my problem areas on my face. Would recommend.
