Clarissa was absolutely lovely and I really enjoyed the massage, it was very relaxing, I will definitely book again! Hops were also very understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute

Dorota was amazing, love the balyage. She really listened to what I wanted and gave great results. I love my new colour 😊
Be careful when you book though, the website has dishonest pricing. I was charged an additional £90 at the end of my appointment. The blow dry or toner is not included in the balyage treatment. I would have rather known the full cost up front, a dissapointing sting at the end of a great hair experience.
