Great experience - the salon is very welcoming, clean and the service is always prompt and professional. I love my haircut - the stylists always take the time to consult on the type of haircut I want before the stylist gets to work.

I opted for a rough dry which meant I got sent home without my hair even being brushed and still wet (!) After highlights this meant my hair was not in a good state when I got home and I had to rewash and condition it. Hairdresser kept saying how long his day had been and I feel like I got rushed out the door, and told that I needed to pay more next time as I’d selected the incorrect payment option for how thick my hair was.
It also took 3.5 hours for highlights and a rough dry, took ages.
