I came in for a patch test and then again for the service. I originally planned to have the whole thing just bleached right out to make it platinum, but after talking with Eddie, his suggestion to go slow starting with a balayage and tint was he right move. My hair needed so much work and he was so patient and attentive whilst my mind was elsewhere on my laptop and having phone conferences for work. 5 hours later I left really happy. 3 weeks later tint still looks great xx
