I've had several appointments since last year and I've never been disappointed in any way. I have had different members of staff but always felt that they give you plenty of time and consideration. There is always a friendly atmosphere and several offers of a drink. Oh, and my favourite moment is the fab head massage that comes with the wash!

Alessandro was just amazing!! Did my blow dry exactly for how I asked and was all round a lovely hairdresser. Will 100% be coming back as it was a great experience all round. Salon is exceptionally clean
