The overall experience was good. Clean salon. Friendly and helpful staff. Was offered a hot drink from the cafe opposite. Great atmosphere. I had keratin treatment done. I have previously had the treatment done so well aware of the aftercare. Have used no paraben/sulphur shampoo and conditioner but sadly seems the treatment hasn’t worked effectively as it has done previously in my hair so really disappointed.

This is such a hidden gem in Walthamstow! So happy it’s just down the road to me, it can be so tricky finding a great hairdresser who actually spends time and perfects the cut. 100% recommend - lovely interior too!

Really great haircut and colour - clearly very skilled and felt like the whole experience felt very personalized. The salon was nice and quiet but friendly, and the coffee was lovely!
