Treatment is very relaxing, I leave feeling rejuvenated.
However I would love a better approach on cleansing step. This would make the treatment fantastic !

I was constantly interrupted when trying to explain what I wanted. I showed a video to try explain that I wanted the top of my hair to be textured like in the video but before I could explain I was interrupted to be told that my hair around the back and sides wasn't as long as in the video even though that had nothing to do with what I was trying to say. I thought, they're the professional I'll trust them, but no, they cut my fringe way too short and put product in my hair without asking first.
