I have emailed a complaint to the salon owner today, but my honest review is: don't go to Tony. I have went to Anel before & it was good. Tony didn't listen & cut my hair far shorter than asked. The cut is uneven. I politely asked him to rectify it, to which he said I was wrong. I felt humiliated. He did trim it a bit, but I left embarrassed & with a bad haircut as it is still so uneven. I had to pay another hairdresser to rectify the cut. I won't return to the salon.
