Anel was nice but I showed him pictures of the layers I wanted and I was clear I wanted to keep my length. Unfortunately he went to town with the thinning scissors and the balayage I paid £300 for a few months before was chopped away. I’m left with ratty ends and I came in with thick hair. Anel did a rounded u-shape with a short front and long central point at the back which is not what I asked for and the result is that the only length he maintained is a small tip at the back in the centre.

Amazing massage and I will definitely be back. The only thing I would change is having a bigger sheet to cover you. The little blankets didn’t cover to the feet and your body cools down quickly as the massage moves from one area to the next. Did feel a little chilly
