I have been to around 6 local salons in the past 7 years and I have finally found someone who can do proper highlights. Prices are same as everywhere for long, thick hair but honestly, Tony knows what he is doing. Highly recommended. The type of hairdresser when he touches your hair/head you know has been doing it for a long time and you are safe.
