Quite possibly the most disappointing beauty experience I have ever had. On two occasions when I visited, i was greeted by a very unfriendly and unwelcoming lady (hairdresser with black hair) who could not have been any more unwelcoming if she had tried. On the 2nd occasion when she had the same frostiness I could not wait to get out quick enough. The beauty therapist was a little friendlier however was also fairly rude. Again there was no warm welcome or pleasantries and in a condescending tone she advised me that i had booked an 'overlay' instead of a fill and that she did not have enough time to do my nails (on checking with the appointment i booked elsewhere later in the day i was told they both take the same amount of time). At this point i was desperate to get out of the frosty environment so suggested we cancel the nail appointment, to which she agreed. When I spoke to a friend who had also been there she told me 'yes this is how it is in there'.... I am embarassed that people in my home town can offer such diabolical service and would not recommend this place to anybody.
