My husband, myself and our 4 year old daughter have all had great cuts at Horizon. I had a fabulous wash, cut and blow dry with Gayle who also gave my daughter an absolutely lovely cut. Staff are very friendly and really do a great job. Value for money is excellent and they stay open later on a Thursday to allow a post-work cut which is great.
