First time visit and did not disappointed. Top effort from Jenna, who was able to give some friendly advice too. Would recommend.
Was very relaxing, but couldnt see any results afterwards, mentioned that I want to cleanse the impurities on my face and the facial did nothing.
Nice place easily found off the Stockbridge streets. Light and clean.
There was no consultation about what I wanted done to my hair. I was sat straight in the chair at the sink.
The haircut was fine in the end but they didn't put any product in, nor did they straighten it or finish it properly.
I got this on the Treatwell trim deal so perhaps that's why I didn't get a full service I would expect from a haircut especially if it was regular price.
