No complaints whatsoever about the haircut itself - a lovely cut, and great value for money. Customer service leaves a little to be desired, though. I was, admittedly, late for my appointment - however, I was no more than ten minutes late, and extremely apologetic when I arrived. When I entered the salon, I was given no greeting at all aside from a question over what it was I was having done as time was an issue. I completely understand the timing constraint, which was entirely my fault, but I don't think there was any need for the rude 'greeting' I received. A good haircut, but not a great overall experience.
Easy to find simple to park near good availability exceptionally friendly service altogether a great no nonsense experience
I had a fantastic massage from Gemma. Gemma listens to what your looking for in a massage and is able to meet your expectations and more. Gemma is so professional and always does really well. I have always come out feeling uber relaxed and chilled out. Thank you
