Great stylist for hair, very helpful staff. Excellent nail treatment and pleased with the shellac polish.
Have ended up with very very brassy roots, have been to hairdressers with much more regrowth than what I went to Horizon with and they have done a fabulous job of matching it. I asked her if the brassiness was going to lift and she said it would be fine once it was dry. She styled it so that you couldn't really see the worst bits, so at the end I did say I liked it (reluctantly), but I had said at least once that I wear my hair up most of the time, and once I got home and put it up.. I can only describe the colour of my hair as ginger. She took barely anything off the ends, which I didn't notice at the time unfortunately because I would have said something. I was asked if I wanted serum in my hair before styling which I said no to, assuming she would AT LEAST use some kind of heat protector, but absolutely zero products were used after washing my hair meaning my hair felt really dry and unhealthy. She came across as quite cold to begin with but was more friendly and talkitive towards the end. The salon was uncomfortably cold. Overall really disappointed, especially because there has been no time for me to even go back to ask for it to be fixed as I have been working and will have to stay like this until after the festive season. Not ideal!
Staff make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk through the door, I felt very relaxed throughout and pampered and would highly recommend anyone that wishes to get their hair coloured or restyled!
Lovely staff who did a great job! y eyebrows are quite fine but the beautician managed to work her magic and gave them a great shape!
