By far the best deep tissue massage I had! The pressure was adequate, it was strong exactly as deep tissue massage should be. Shona was very thorough and put so much effort and strength into the massage. She also focused on the areas that needed the most attention. To be frank I didn’t have to give much explanation as she perfectly knew where it needed the attention. I feel so relieved and relaxed. I highly RECOMMEND Shona! I will be back soon! Massage was amazing and made me feel so relaxed and I know over time its only going to have a more beneficial effect on me. Was lovely to have aftercare advice and recommendations for next time. Will definitely be back for hot stones!
