We booked for a nice bank holiday spa stay but we didn't end up staying. Pictures are very decieving. Reception staff were all at sea when we arrived and looked really angry being there. Huge bag of rubbish outside our room, when we told the reception staff about that they acted as if it was normal. Room stunk of damp and mould so we asked to move rooms straight away. When given a new room key it turns out that room already had someone staying there. Spoke to the manager and he said if we contact last-minute.com we should get a refund. I hope that will be the case.

I bought that for my friend for her birthday! She enjoyed it from the first second she stepped in. Definitely recommended she had a blast and the facilities are five stars!!!

Was disappointed by the size of the swimming pool and spa area. Very small compared to the size of the hotel. Three course dinner included for 2 nights but no vegetable offered? Literally served a steak on its own. Desert was also still frozen and inedible. Wifi did not work in our room which was very cold and we had to request a heater. Staff very pleasant but seemed unable to deal with the issues we had. Reception area very welcoming but room was disappointing, tatty and in need of refurbishment.
