As a new client, Charlotte was very welcoming and chatty. She was very thorough and accomodating doing a full leg as she had the time rather than the half leg that I had been able to book online. I've already booked my next appointment with her.

First visit to Charlotte and she was really friendly and efficient. She clearly does a lot of waxing as she was effective which meant it was done nice and quickly.
