Very professional, often as a man going to a beauty parlour you can feel a bit uncomfortable, but I was made to feel very at ease and reassured I'm "not the only one". Will definitely be going back and trying some of the other treatments on offer

Had been feeling overly nervous for my appointment but Charlotte was very reassuring and made me feel as at ease as was possible given the treatment I had booked for ! Was very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend and have the same treatment again
