Charlotte was really speedy which I like when getting a wax! Easy to talk to and she is very thorough in what she does, would recommend her to my friends :)

I first got a Hollywood wax around 6 years ago at another salon and the experience was long, painful and unpleasant. My experience with Charlotte was completely the opposite, she was quick and efficient and the with the type of wax used, I would only describe the pain as mild (if that) - added bonus is that the wax residue is not at all sticky. I was in and out within 15 minutes and have booked in for my next appointment in 6 weeks time.
