Charlotte is amazing !! She is the best waxer I've been to by far ! Tells you all the information you need and explains everything clearly. The salon is always clean and it's a great environment to be in !

Charlotte is always very professional and caring during any treatment. She ensures the waxing is done to a high standard that pleases the customer. I have no worries about my eyebrows looking wrong when I visit Horsforth Beauty Suite. They always are perfect.
