I booked a massage with Effie so was a little disappointed when Effie was not there to do my massage however severin did the massage and she was amazing so I had no complaints but what I would say is that they should make it clear as to who is going to be massaging you as if you have asked for a specific massage therapist and she isn’t there to do the massage it’s quite disappointing

Staff were very welcoming on arrival and my massage began promptly. I was immediately placed at ease. The massage was a recommendation and would not hesitate to recommend the spa

It was my first time in Hot Stone Spa, and I really enjoyed it. The venue is very clean and staff is nice. I would definitely come back, but now for full body massage.
