I had a half hour Swedish and hour long Hot Stone massage: the Swedish ensured that my knots of tension were worked out by the time I could properly indulge in the Hot Stones. My therapist Kata was brilliant - attentive to my pain threshold on the Swedish and was able to identify the areas in need of most attention. The following massage was relaxing and thorough. The ambience was wonderful: a delightful, peaceful idyll that brings you up with a start on re-entry to the bustling High Road and the real world. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would recommend highly. Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks again.

Spending my money at hot stone has become more of a treat to myself and a friend. I have been a few times before to get a massage with friends and we absolutely have loved the experience. Unfortunately we did not get the same service this time and the ambiences was not spot on like it used to be. Going into the massage room the lights were fully on. The lady who did my friends massage swapped with another lady half way through which we knew that would happen under the circumstances of being short staffed. But they were very loud talking whilst swapping over and ruined the experience. Usually I would get deep tissue massage on every visit at the same price I normally pay on my previous visits with hot stone and the lady at the desk said this time I had to pay extra Five pound each for deep tissue - Caused confusion. I stuck to only hot stone because I've never been asked before and didn't want to cause a negative vibe in front of my friend whilst with the lady at the desk. I Did not feel relaxed & I was extremely embarrassed Infront of my friend as it was a Christmas present to her, She was not impressed either. On a happier note I had Anna who was very nice. Just wish deep tissue was included in the price that I normally paid as it's not cheap. like I said I've always was delighted with this place and took friends so they can enjoy too. this time we did not feel any different leaving the massage, body was still aching as we are also on our feet all day.
