Fantastic massage from masseuse and excellent customer service from receptionist. It was unfortunate that the couples massage had to be carried out separately but I was called earlier in the day to confirm that this wouldn’t be an issue. I would definitely go back for more treatments!

Very pleased with my Aromatherapy massage. Such a good little gem in Willesden Green.
I will definitely go back and I’d probably choose Ning as therapist again!

Great all-round!
Therapist had called in sick - however Hot Stone Spa called me to make sure I was happy with the change of therapist, or if I would prefer to change my appointment date. Great communication from the Spa, massage was wonderful. Would definitely return.
