I’ve had a good experience with Hottie Wax, but in the last appointment I turned up in time, and the therapist was 20 minutes late, which distorted my break allocation. The brow threading itself was ok though.

I had a horrible experience had the hottie wax. The lady showed immense unprofessionalism as she failed to do the wax properly as well as the way I was treated while getting the wax. The lady was struggling to get my hair out and instead of trying to make me feel relaxed she started panicking and begging me to relax which made my experience extremely painful and stressful. Also at the end, still had some hair patches the lady couldn’t get out. I would like to request a refund, if possible
