Lady who did my waxing was good. She was extremely quick but still thorough, all hairs were removed and she was happy to re-do any small patches I found after she asked me to check everything. My hairs were quite thick and long but she managed to make it not too painful (I have a low pain threshold).
Unfortunately my eyebrows were not so great, these were done by a different lady. She over-threaded one end of my eyebrows, which is quite difficult to do since they are so bushy. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, I only need them tidying up as they stay in shape. I also had to ask 2-3 times to correct some parts to make it more straight, as she had missed bits. It was also quite painful as she pulled the thread very slowly.
I would still go back, as I always go here and when I have had my eyebrows threaded by the other ladies many times before it has always been good and I receive compliments on them.

I was seen 15 mins late despite having an appt booked. She did inform me of the delay which was understandable as only one member of staff was working and although she was lovely and attentive I was not happy with the shape and quality of my nail paint - esp at the nail beds. Paraffin wax treatment did not peel off the first time. It had to be slowly peeled and picked at, washed, rubbed with a towel which took longer than expected. The massage and scrub was great but overall I was very disappointed - I was under the impression my pedicure would be carried out buy nail tech or someone with more experience.
The salon was not what I expected. Although looked clean could do with wall cracks being filled in and a repaint just to make it look a bit attractive.
