I've been to Natalie for several services in the last few years. I've found Natalie incredibly professional and thorough in her consultation and explanation of procedures before and during. The aftercare is thorough and I especially like her personality which I find to be caring and reassuring. I would happily recommend to anyone who cares about their appearance and maintaining themselves. Cannot recommend Natalie highly enough, she is incredible
