Booked online through website, turned up to be told by store over the road the had shut down. Money was taken from my bank account and still waiting for it to be returned. Website needs to be updated so no one else gets done over

I had heard that bad apple in Birmingham was a good salon I was wrong. There is a clicky atmosphere in the salon that immediately made me feel uncomfortable if only I had listened to my gut feeling. The hair technician colouring my hair did not speak to me hardly during the three hours of my treatment, it made me feel very uncomfortable to say the least and not confident either at what she was doing to my hair - which turned out even worse than the customer service. This is not a cheap place yet the customer is made to feel like they should be great full for being there, I asked for a soft drink I received a can of coke no glass just a straw appalling, if you are paying £120 for a colour and £85 for a haircut the detail of the experience should be taken into consideration. During all this time by the side of me a women was there with the trainees to take an exam being both in the way and talking so everyone could here her- what made me laugh was that she was explaining how important customer service was! I should have walked away and wish I did what I got wasn't what I asked for but horrid, I complained and was asked to come back to rectify it but still had to pay £60 of which the receptionist informed me it should have been £120 - I shouldn't have had to pay anything, the boss did not come and discuss this with me whilst this was going on he kept out of it, as the manager you should always be the first to rectify a problem- he pretended nothing had happened. Also to style my hair after this an assistant was asked to do it again not acceptable, a proper trained stylist should have been put in charge. On my second visit to rectify the problem I had to wait half an hour to be seated three hours later I left with darker hair than I had before, not styled quickly blow dried, rushed and left the salon. Yes the technician was apologetic but £60 out of pocket and 6 hours wasted is not acceptable. I will never go here again.

Was so looking forward to appointment..a treat for my daughters 21st..was offered a coffee and my daughter was seen on time, no complaints there, after 40 minutes and 54 pounds lighter left the salon with my daughters hair looking (apart from washed) exactly the same as when she went in.will not recommend nor return.

Bad Apple it is a worthy place where you could have your hair cut. I will repeat the experience, sure.
