First time I visited Bad Apple and I was overall happy with my experience. The colour technician was very critical about my hair condition which I found a bit too harsh. However the young male who cut my hair did a great job.
staff were quite rude, didnt feel like wanted me there, were very busy, but i had booked in advance, but when found i was a voucher didnt feel looked after! i even told them it was my birthday & NOT ONE person wished me happy birthday, i would have walked out but was going away on hols the next day, i will never return, the lady who cut my hair was fab, very very nice, ALMOST made up for it, got to say the guy who washed my hair was also nice, quite, but nice
Professional and friendly staff. I don't really like the environment though as the saloon is inside a gallery and black walls so there is not much light coming in. Also it gets really busy. Aniee was really nice and made me feel comfortable. We discussed what to do and I agreed with her suggestions. I didn't like so much the result as I think it doesn't suit me (the problem may be my face not her work though!)
I absolutely loved my cut and was so impressed with the finish. .loved the products that were used on my hair.
A nice salon, but found that my cut was a bit rushed. The end result was ok though but don't think I would go back.
