Excelent city centre location, the staff were friendly and the treatments i received were very good! I did have to have the cut and colour done on seperate days, due to needing a skin test (a fairly standard requirement) and it was quite difficult to book the colour (partly due to my schedule but also due to the poor online booking system, when i called the staff were vey helpful, so i would just avoid the online booking system). Overall a very good salon!
Pluses:
- Good cut
- I wasn't happy at first with my highlights so the colourist said she'd modify them for free if I still felt the same after a few days (I didn't) - good customer service
Minuses:
- The shampoo girl was rough and managed to get quite a bit of water in my ears
Note:
- The highlights were more finely threaded throughout the hair than I'm used to, so though I did like them in the end, if you go here, specify how you want them - chunky versus blended
Excellent! It's the hair cut I've been waiting for! I lloved my hair cut and have recommended to many friends at work who have since been! We will all be returning soon : )
Staff are always very friendly and offer lots of drinks. Salon is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are well trained and offer an excellent service. Very happy and have returned several times
Excellent experience. Very good value for half head hilights and cut and blow dry. Salon easy to find, in centre of Birmingham. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would go again, very good.
