I ventured to Bad Apple Hair as I hadn't been entirely happy with how my hair was looking. I had an in depth consultation with Adam for colour and Michaela for my cut going through ideas and options for a bit of a change. The colour is the best it has ever been, and as well as the cut helping it look healthy and shiny again, Michaela provided all important hints and tips to help get it into great condition again and some styling tips too. I've had loads of compliments and have really noticed the difference in quality of the service and overall results. There's nothing bad about this apple and i'd highly recommend it to anyone.
I've had my hair done by every 'we are the coolest/ best/ clued up' salon in Birmingham, however Bad Apple exceeds my expectations with each visit.
As soon as you step in to the salon you are welcomed with a very warm smile and made to feel comfortable and at home immediately.
I have had my hair cut by at least 4 different stylists there and have never ever been disappointed. Every single stylist there knows exactly what will suit your lifestyle personality and wouldnt give you the 'look of the season' just because they thought it was cool.
Pippa currently cuts my hair and she's brilliant. She's extremely good at what she does and you always feel so at ease with her.
Everyone always comments about my hair and I have referred work colleagues and friends to Bad Apple who are still going and still loving their hair and always have good things to say about their experience.
I wouldnt use any other salon, they are very very good at what they do and have completely grasped what you want from a hair salon and the service is second to none.. Well Done!!

Bad Apple is a first class salon with a first class service and staff to suit. In the past I had always gone to conventional barbers for my hair cuts as I didn't see the point in spending more than a fiver getting my hair cut. Put it this way, I have never been back to a barber shop. If you have any interest in looking and more importantly feeling good, as, its safe to say, all females do and most of us men do as well;-), I would always recommend you see a professional such as one of those working at Bad Apple.
I can quite honestly say that my hair, which if you speak to any of my close friends will tell you was historically shocking, is now manageable and maintained in a style that suits me. I know what to use in it and I know how to style it. More importantly my friends don'l laugh at me and I do feel like my girlfriend loves me ever so slightly more.........................thanks Pippa!
All in all the salon is excellent, the staff are excellent, and despite the atmosphere being laid back, everyone remains 100% professional at all time. A great quality of service and highly recommended.

For years I was visiting the same salon and not happy with my hair, i tried bad apple 12 months ago and have never looked back since. Not only do i now LOVE my hair, but i really enjoy the experience i get when i visit the salon - the staff are so friendly. Quite often in city centre salons the atmosphere is not welcoming and very pretentious - this is not the case at bad apple!
This is by far the best salon in Birmingham and I have recommended it to all my friends and would do the same to anyone reading this review. You will not be dissapointed....ask for Aid...he's ace!! x
