I really liked the way Stacey (senior stylist) did my hair cut. She listened to exactly what I wanted ted and made some recommendations too which I found helpful. The wash and head massage was amazing!! Brilliant way to relax after work. Amazing value. Recommend everyone to give it a go
I would recommend this to everyone. Haircut and blow dry was brilliant. Every one was so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the experience.
Only issue I had was with the reception staff who pretty much left you to your own devices. The Stylist, Jamie, however, was spot on. Absolutely amazing. Not only did I get a great cut but he actually blow dried my hair as opposed to half drying it and finishing it off with straighteners. I felt like he really understood my hair, what would work with the texture and thickness and what I wanted from my cut.
The place itself is very nice and so is the staff. For the price I paid through wahanda, it was 5/5. However, without a wahanda discount it is way over priced!
I had a haircut with Louisa a couple of weeks ago. Because my previous hair cut was such a disaster, there was not a lot she could do about it. Still she gave it the style and shape I was aiming for and the result was pretty nice. She was very patience and asked to come back after a couple of months so that she can finally reshape it as I would like to. I was overall very pleased.
