Although I was called in the morning before my appointment to be told the stylist booked was not available, Bad Apple Hair were able to book me in later the same morning with a head stylist for no extra cost. I found the staff very knowledgeable about their products and the Head Stylist was very attentive and understood what I wanted to do with my hair. They didn't try to sell me other treatments and didn't mention the Indian Head Massage and other things they do. He helped me achieve what I wanted rather than tell me what I couldn't have which has been my experience at other salons.
I was advised to have the dry hair treatment L'Oreal Kerastase for an extra £10 which was actually quite good and something I have had before at other salons. The staff though accommodating weren't as friendly as other places I have been to and on this occasion my husband was with me, he was sat on a hard chair and forgotten, not offered drinks or magazine, in fact neither was I. It's probably the only time I have been to a hairdresser and not been offered a drink. I saw other clients being offered and given drinks, which made me feel worse even though I didn't want one. I'm not sure if hospitality was limited because I had booked through Wahanda or because my scheduled stylist was not there that day or if they expected us to pay for drinks which we gladly would have done as my husband likes his coffees. Luckily there are cafes nearby.
So the hairdressing itself was better than most places but I was stunned at the lack of hospitality I personally experienced
Absolutely love my hair cut from Jamie... I will definitely be going back in the future. Only thing that I thought needed improving was the assistants - they were not friendly and definitely did not enhance the experience at all... which isn't good considering they are the first people you speak with after the receptionist! Also, I think next time I'll go during the beginning of the week as it was quite busy on a Friday evening (although I don't think this affected the time spent on my hair cut nor how it turned out - just personal preference!)

My stylist was Jamie. He was really friendly and I love the haircut. He gave me a lovely sleek finish and I would definitely recommend this wahanda deal to everyone, great value for money!
