I had really bad experience yesterday at House of Beauty, I had booked eyelash extensions and henna brows I arrived on time but she kept me waiting for 35 minutes. She done a terrible job with my eyelash extensions, the eyelashes were clumpy and uneven, she carelessly glued my top and bottom lashes together causing me to be temporarily blind in the left eye, but worse of all was her disgusting attitude, she insulted me called me offensive names and was really rude and disrespectful to me…..
