I just wanted to contact you to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU. Keira was really impressed with the way that you talked to her and she felt that you really listened to her. Keira is loving the Dermalogica skin care range and she has been doing it night and day without me even having to ask her once – dare I say, she enjoys it. I found Suzanne a few months back as my usual place to have a dermalogica facial closed down. Since then I’ve had 2 facials with her and also a back massage which was heavenly! Suzanne is a brilliant therapist, very knowledgeable about the products she uses and always makes recommendations for any skin concerns. You can tell she is very experienced at what she does and I always come away from there feeling so relaxed and refreshed! I cant wait for my next treatment!
