Really thorough wax and super lovely staff, but they double dip! Such a shame, it’s quite off-putting when you realise this mid-wax as it’s just not hygienic :(
The operatives within this organisation need training on the Online system. Better ventilation required for the one toilet in operation.
Customer service training is needed for the operative who demanded payment even though I had offered to show my email receipt for the pre-paid booking. Massage room too small the woman who massaged me "Trea" had to move the bed while I was on it. Trea was also 45 minutes late to my appointment!
