I walked in the door and the first thing she says is “are you pregnant?!” I’m not pregnant, I’m a size 16 and just carry my weight in my stomach and then even though I had prepaid and that happened she still charged me for removal. She then cut my finger with the nail file and made me bleed. If I didn’t have an event tonight and hadn’t prepaid I would have walked out.

I booked a back, neck shoulder massage with Ana on my very first visit. As I currently have a frozen shoulder, the area around my neck and shoulders have become extremely tense. Ana was great working on removing as many knots as possible, particularly, the big knots on one side was gone by the end of the session. She works with such care and consideration. I felt much more relieved and relaxed the eve after and am coming back for more.
