The place is okay, the staff is alright. Whilst I had my mask on the lady who did my facial went outside for a smoke, so it smelled pretty bad when she came back. The facial didn’t include a massage, it was £38 for a mask, a short cleaning and that’s it. I feel disappointed, as I can see that she missed a lot for cleaning and it felt like a waste of time. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would not recommend it or go again.
