The only good thing about this salon is a staff.
People are very friendly, maybe professional although it’s not what I experienced myself today. Place itself is old and not clean, I thing owners should highly consider to refresh the place so clients feel more comfortable.
My wax treatment was performed in the room with no door but simply separated with curtain.. I mean, really? I am half naked in this room and there is not even door.
Lady was absolutely lovely and respectful but left me for about 10min this half naked in the room because there was a client coming through the door. I am a nail technician and the worst thing you can do to client is leave them alone during a treatment for your own needs.
I am sorry to say that but I won’t be returning to that salon. Anyone with any higher standards shouldn’t be going there.
